Create your own wearable macramé art in this one-to-one, two-day in-person course with Violetta at VIITTA House.
At Viitta House, the creative process is just as important as the final outcome. We work with intention and structure — never rushing — so you feel supported while freely experimenting and expressing your ideas.
Before we begin, we have a personal phone consultation to discuss your sketches, inspiration, and garment concept. I then create a clear structure tailored to your project so we can design and build it together.
Each day (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) begins with a short mindful meditation. You will learn the history and cultural roots of macramé, essential knots, and garment design principles while creating your own custom piece from start to finish.
You leave on day two with your completed wearable artwork.
